For the past four years, @Notcloudyallday has been tweeting
facts about the racing agenda of horses considered at risk and trainers who demonstrate a need for either compassion or skill. The only current permanent record of
this information is handwritten in personal books. The facts need a permanent,
public record.

At this time, the plan is to issue two progressive reports– a Trainer Watch and an Individual Horse Watch posted each month of 2015 (as long
as I am able). Should an entire month prove too cumbersome for Blogspot or the
reader’s ease, we will go to a Plan B.
The charts will be maintained continually and should be self-evident. Both
trainers and horses are listed alphabetically, with tracks and race dates in
order of occurrence. “Span” may need some explanation, since it is recorded
only when the span of time between races is 14 days or less. For now, I will highlight the current date items in each chart for your ease in locating the info.
The horses within each trainer’s record are not to be
considered a Watch unless so recorded. The individual horses are sometimes
second or third claims from an original trainer Watch, and a Watch is rarely
halted. Each horse has a background that has placed that horse at risk at some
point along his or her lifetime.
A tweet will be offered when circumstances are imperative. A
tweet will also be offered when each day’s result has been completed, but will be updated as
each race takes place during the day. Hopefully, each update will be timely.
