THE WATCH is now approaching one full year on June 16, 2016.
The Trainer Watch will conclude on that date. The frequent overuse of
our athletes by selected trainers is herein evident as a record of their complete
performance for a full year. This record is, unfortunately, only a small percentage
of many. The intent of this Record is for those who can do so to open their eyes and affect change
for the betterment of racing and the horse. Until this is done, fans will be lost
daily.
The Individual Horse Watch (see below) will continue indefinitely. This
Record is also an eye-opener, and you are urged to continue Watching with us the
selected horses at possible risk. Help us to help these individual
horses to lead a better, fuller life – while helping the racing business to
regain the respect it once had as the Sport of Kings.
